Goals vs. Behaviors
The One Minute Manager said it best: Look at your goals. Look at your behaviors. Does your behavior match your goals? It's the million dollar question for those of us in the strength world: Does your behavior match your goals? You see, it's one thing to have a goal. Why is it that your workouts make me so tired? I think it's the mental calesthenics, the zigging and zagging, the darn-near poetic use of question-dodging. I only want to know where you've been, where you're at and where you're going. I'm not Homeland security and you're not getting rated on that infernal Microsoft rating system to establish bonuses.
